Their maneuver was unveiled the day after the presidential election of October 7th. The so-called observers of Transparency International who had pronounced on the good conduct of the presidential election in Cameroon, were denounced as false observers.

A public inquiry was opened and according to the information published by the journalist Abdelaziz Moundé, the false observers were re-examined in France.

A FICS procedure opened in France for suspicions of undeclared amounts collected in Cameroon worth € 300,000, ie 200 million Francs which would have been given to the French members of the delegation.

A FICS procedure opened in France for suspicions of undeclared amounts collected in Cameroon worth € 300,000, ie 200 million Francs which would have been given to the French members of the delegation.

– Since last October 15th, we have been able to locate, thanks to the information and the steps of a lawyer, one of the members of this delegation, residing in the 20th district of Paris. The first contacts are encouraging, because it allowed to trace the stages of this operation.

– Following contacts with Mrs Amanda Benzikri Levy, member of the “observers” delegation, consultant in the fields of Human Resources, Security and Business Intelligence, resident in Paris, we learned that she is part of as well as Salomon Benros (resident in France), Raphael Kalfon (resident in Israel) and Nurit Greenger (resident in the United States), other members, of a network of Israeli influence that unfolds through conferences, lobbying and business relations.

– The recruitment operation was conducted by Eli Dayan, close to Mayer Heres, commander of the Rapid Intervention Battalion (BIR) and members of the Cameroonian government. Its mandate was, on the one hand, to set up, in a timely manner, and two months before the Presidential elections, an information site called Agence Cameroun Presse to provide information on Cameroon, the conduct of the elections and the reelection of Paul Biya, and, secondly, to recruit these “observers”

– the Paris Financial Office and tax services have seized the file to investigate the veracity of the information on the sums collected by the French, members this delegation.

It is necessary that all the light is made on this affair, that the Justice can be seized of it and that MORE NEVER is reproduced of such ignominies in Cameroon!
